TO PAY A CUSTOM AMOUNT:
Select "Custom Amount" from the drop down menu
Enter the amount you are paying in the "Custom Amount" section.
Click on your preferred payment method.
Click, "Process Payment".
You'll then be taken to the appropriate payment page to finalize your transaction.
Need to update your Credit Card?
1. Fill out the Payment form. 2. To set up recurring billing with the new information, please select: “You may store my card for recurring billing”.
Please note that you are updating your credit card information..
3. If you know your card was declined this month, select: "Pay for tuition and fee". 4. You must select to pay with a Credit Card.
Any payment made will be applied to your account. If you are making an over-payment, your account will be credited accordingly.
Tickled Ivories does not store credit card information. Rather, payments are processed securely through PayPal or Authorize.net. Authorizing credit card information storage for recurring billing, permits information to be stored by Authorize. Net's secure payment system.
As a reminder, please read through our policies:
Tuition is due monthly, in advance, on or before the first lesson of the month and covers the student’s enrollment for that month or any portion of that month. The non-refundable registration/curriculum fee is due upon registration or re-enrollment. Due to the low teacher/student ratio, unfortunately, no sibling discounts are offered. If registration occurs after the 1st lesson of the month, tuition is prorated accordingly and credit for any overpayment is applied to the next months' tuition. A $20 late fee is automatically assessed for payments remitted after the 10th or if any automatic debit charge is declined for any reason. Lessons will be temporarily suspended for accounts with a 30-day past due balance.
MISSED LESSON POLICY:
Tuition is not prorated to reflect missed lessons. A missed lesson is considered a forfeited lesson. Upon enrollment, each child’s class space and lesson time are reserved whether he/she is present or not. If a teacher misses the lesson it will be rescheduled or credited.
Upon registration, each child’s class space is specifically reserved as we are committed to maintaining our low teacher/student ratio. So that we may have adequate time to fill a class space, a 30-day written cancellation notice or a $60 cancellation fee (in lieu of notice) is required to withdraw from the program.
